In so many ways, I lost weight — but today, I mostly help women with relationships. I’ve gone through toxic relationships — the kind that break down your confidence and quiet your voice. I’m a certified Life Coach, and I started this blog not just to share how I lost over 200 pounds — but to show what true healing really looks like. My journey has been shaped by emotional eating, anxiety, PTSD, toxic relationships, and a learning disability. And through it all, I’ve found my way forward through therapy, faith, mindset work, and the steady support of my incredible family.

Becoming Antoinette is a space for women who are ready to rise. Here, I share the raw moments, the tools that helped me rebuild, and the deep mindset shifts that changed my life — not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. And while I did lose over 200 pounds, the truth is — my deepest work is now in helping women with love, self-worth, and relationships. I’m also a certified Health Coach, but my specialty is supporting women who are breaking cycles with toxic men and learning how to choose aligned, healthy love.

Now, I coach other women on their weight loss and healing journeys, helping them create freedom from the inside out. Because if I can do this — through trauma, mental health struggles, and decades of feeling stuck — so can you. Alongside health and healing, I also guide women on how to earn money online, empowering them to experience true freedom — physically, emotionally, and financially.

I’m also a huge animal lover, and I truly believe animals have been part of my healing just as deeply as any tool, teacher, or program. Their presence makes something inside the heart soften again. I also love reading tarot as a tool — it became another mirror that helped me see my patterns, my wounds, and my next right step when I couldn’t hear my own voice clearly yet.

Lesson Takeaway:
Healing isn’t one moment — it’s a collection of small choices. It’s the quiet decision to keep trying. It’s the willingness to learn yourself again, piece by piece. And no matter how messy the past has been, you can rebuild a life that feels calm, safe, aligned, and deeply yours. Healing doesn’t require perfection — only honesty, patience, and the courage to keep moving forward.
