My journey began with losing over 200 pounds, but the deeper transformation was learning how to heal, reclaim my voice, rebuild my confidence, and choose a life that finally felt peaceful and true to me.

Story

For a long time, I knew what it felt like to survive instead of truly live. I walked through emotional eating, anxiety, PTSD, toxic relationships, low self-worth, and seasons where I felt completely disconnected from the woman I was meant to become. I also navigated life with a learning disability, which taught me resilience, patience, and the strength to keep going even when the path felt harder than it should.

But little by little, I began to heal.

Through therapy, faith, mindset work, coaching, and the steady support of my incredible family, I started rebuilding myself from the inside out. I learned how to stop abandoning myself. I learned how to recognize unhealthy patterns. I learned how to quiet the chaos, trust my voice, and choose love that feels safe, aligned, and healthy.

Today, I’m a certified Life Coach and Health Coach, and I help women who are ready to break toxic cycles, rebuild their self-worth, and create healthier relationships with themselves, their bodies, and the people they love.

Here, I share the raw moments, the lessons, the tools, and the mindset shifts that helped me transform — not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. While my story includes major weight loss, my deeper mission is helping women heal from toxic relationships, reconnect with their worth, and learn how to choose love that brings peace instead of pain.

I believe healing

is not one perfect moment where everything suddenly makes sense. Healing is a collection of small, brave choices. It is choosing to try again. It is learning yourself piece by piece. It is deciding that your past may have shaped you, but it does not get to define the rest of your life.

I’m also a huge animal lover,

and animals have been a beautiful part of my healing journey. Their presence has helped soften places in my heart that pain once hardened. I also enjoy reading tarot as a reflective tool for self-awareness — a mirror that has helped me recognize patterns, wounds, and next steps when I needed clarity.

Along with emotional healing,

relationships, and wellness, I also believe in helping women create more freedom in their lives — physically, emotionally, spiritually, and financially. Because true healing is not just about surviving what hurt you. It is about building a life where you feel safe, supported, independent, and deeply connected to who you really are.

Healing does not
require perfection.

My hope is that this space reminds you that you are not too broken, too behind, too damaged, or too far gone to begin again. No matter how messy your past has been, you can rebuild a life that feels calm, safe, aligned, and deeply yours.
